New users are sent Welcome email which includes a link to set up a password for the first time.
Are you a new user with a set password link that doesn't work?
The link provided to initially set up a password expires after about a week.
If the link in the welcome email no longer works, it may have expired. Please email [email protected] for a new one.
Note: the welcome email is sent to the email address associated with a users account. Users must request a change in order to access their Emissary account with a different email address.
