Creating New Company Templates

In this article, you'll find all the information on how to create new company templates. Those templates will be available to all users of the company.

Note: Shared Templates can only be created and edited by users with admin access. To set this up, reach out to [email protected] and we can get you started!

To start, click "Shared Templates" on the left sidebar.

You will find all templates that have already been created and can manage them.

If you want to create a new one, click "New Template".

When creating a new template, you can insert a title, the text, and add variables to keep the message personal when pasting into different conversations. You can also insert links on that template and utilize our link shortening feature to keep the message succinct.

After that, click on "Create Template" to add that template to all users' template options.
