The archive feature allows you to hide a conversation from your chats list to better organize your inbox.

Note: Archiving a chat doesn’t delete the chat.

1) Select the three vertical dots on the right of a conversation, and select Archive Conversation.

Or, select the Archive icon above a current conversation.

2) Archived conversations will appear in your Archived folder.

Or, select the Unarchive icon above a current conversation.

2) Unarchived conversations will return to your All folder.
