How to use the campaigns feature inside Workday

Welcome to Emissary's campaign feature inside Workday.

To start, make sure you have our extension installed and ready to use on your browser. Open it and enable the feature "ATS Campaigns".

Now, inside Workday, find the directory you want to use. Observe that you have the following buttons, that are going to help you create a campaign without having to exit Workday itself:

Inside the page with the candidates, click "Add page to selection" to add all candidates on the current Workday page.

Remember, before doing that, scroll down the page so Emissary can "read" all the information. If necessary, repeat the process on every page you want to add.

Now, use the "Create Emissary campaign" button to start your campaign. When clicking this button, Emissary will open our extension.

Create a campaign name and choose which variables/information to add inside Emissary.

Click on "Check contact" so that the system can verify if the numbers you added are valid phone numbers. When doing that, you will be able to exclude the invalid numbers.

Moving forward, it's time to write the message you want to send to each recipient. Once it is done, please choose a date and time for that campaign to go live and click on "Schedule".

Done!

Now your texts will be sent at the desired date and time.
