Unable to log in using SSO

I am unable to log in using my company’s SSO provider (Okta, Azure, etc).

  1. Ask your SSO admin if you have permission to the Emissary app. This may be the case if some other coworker has SSO access to Emissary and you don’t.

  2. If you are using Azure and trying to access the app from the MS Office portal, you may need an MS Office’s license. Use the My Apps portal instead.

  3. Let us know if you are having problems on some devices (eg: mobile) and maybe on others (eg: desktop) is working. Please send an email to [email protected] if points 1 or 2 didn’t fix the issue.
