Clearing the cache is a good troubleshooting step in the event of technical issues including (but not limited to) problems with:
Logging in or resetting a password
The Emissary application (web page display or functionality)
Notifications not arriving or being duplicated

Here are steps which can be taken to clear cache and cookies.
1. Navigate to your browser data settings
PC: Press Control + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.
Mac: Press Command + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.
Chrome: Go to Settings -> Browser Data
2. Select All Time in the time range, and select the cookies and cache toggles.
3. Select clear data.
