When composing messages, Emissary will automatically detect if you have inserted a URL. In this case, a pop-up window will suggest you shorten the URL.

You can select "Remember my choice" if you want Emissary to remember to use this feature in the future.

You can also insert a shortened URL by clicking the "Add URL" icon and pasting the web address you want to shorten.
