On the iPhone and Android apps, push notifications are enabled through device settings.

iOS - Settings app > Notifications > Emissary > Allow Notifications

Android - Settings app > Notifications > App Settings > Emissary > Allow Notifications

To enable browser notifications, complete the following steps:

1) Sign in to www.emissary.ai and open the inbox.

2) Select the sliders icon on the left of the web address bar and toggle on notifications.

3) If you don't see a notifications toggle, select Site Settings. Then, set the notifications dropdown to Allow.

You'll also want to ensure that browser notifications are enabled with your operating system.

1) Open Settings.

2) Click on System.

3) Click on Notifications.

4) Ensure that Allow Notifications from apps and other senders is set to on.

5) Under "Get notifications from these senders," select Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

2) Select System Settings.

3) Select Notifications.

4) Ensure that Allow Notifications is toggled on for Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Note: You'll need to keep an active emissary.ai inbox open in the background to receive browser notifications.
